The power of crying and all that’s intoxicated by contained tears is our theme for today! Check it out:
Forbidden tears are laden with unspoken words, countless secrets, and perpetual imprisonments. This cry carries a painful silence and the weight of what must be hidden at all costs, even if it consumes you from within. It’s a cry that exhausts, swells the face, gives dark circles, and sucks the skin dry.
Hiding is utterly exhausting. It coagulates the blood from the shoulders up to ensure the secret won’t escape through the voice. It clogs the airways completely to ensure it won’t escape through the air.
It folds into a fetal position and contracts your back completely to ensure it won’t escape through embrace. And it undermines every entrance and exit of the heart.
That’s where deep depression is born. The body trying to rid itself, foolishly closing in and keeping everything inside, doing the opposite of what it should.
Trauma managed by the ego functions like that. A slow and painful suicide. Brutal violence against oneself. A desperate attempt to keep yourself alive and connected to everything, knowing that you’re one step away from turning to stone and hardening completely.
The soul begins to try forcing the exit of its internal waters through the eyes, mouth, and nose. Tears, saliva, and mucus are tremendous sources of connection with the divine and with the planet Earth because all waters flow to the sea. This is valid for all spheres, dimensions, and bodies.
Propelling the body to moisten to reconnect is extremely intelligent. This is the difference between your balanced and unbalanced sides. Between neglected ego and soul.
Once you – voluntarily and consciously – start listening to the soul instead of the ego, your decisions become positively intelligent because the brain changes sides. The embodied ego assists the soul and works in its favor.
What your body desires is to melt and rid itself of the bonds and armor without struggling. Exhausted, you can’t bear to fight and struggle anymore. It’s too much violence and too little rest.
Whoever keeps a secret doesn’t sleep, relax, rest, or create. That’s where the scarcity of love, health, money, and hope comes from.
Consequently, one doesn’t laugh, speak, cry, or feel. A living dead.
Hence the watery eyes and grayish skin of the depressed. These are the colors and characteristics of war: apathy that carries on its back the excess of anger, accumulated over so many years it ended up rottened.
The tiredness comes from knowing, deep down, that life shouldn’t be an eternal battlefield full of brutality against an undefeatable enemy.
One thing is to battle for a dream desired with all your heart or fight for someone you love unconditionally. Another is to spend life, fighting against yourself. Stabbing yourself in the back, shooting yourself, beating yourself up.
Fighting against oneself equals fighting against the world, their own family, friends, teachers, colleagues, people on the street, and anyone who thinks differently.
Many secretly want to live carrying the burden of secrecy and slow suicide because, deep down, they feel special for being misunderstood and isolated. Different. The victim. The persecuted.
They prefer being alone and living an unhappy life to being like everyone else without any distinction.
Because distinction can only be negative and from the shadows. It’s the ego.
This cry comes in surges like an energetic vomit. As if the soul were desperately trying to get its internal waters out, so you don’t harden completely. It’s like living constantly fighting for your life because if you don’t fight, you shut down.
But you shut down anyway following this path. That’s what no one tells you. Eventually anyone under those circumstances shuts down. And it’s very sad because it’s a free willingly chosen fate.
With the inability to choose differently and accept the different routes God offers, men implode. Humans often reject divine guidance and help because they were taught that denying God’s help and continuing to fight, battle, and suffer equals honor.
Those who have an easy life have no honor. And, not accepting the escapes, you fight to the death and gain honor. You fight to stay on the path of death. Dying about 40 years before being buried.
You kill yourself slowly and violently. To prove to your ego that you’re stupid and think God saving you – so you can fulfill your destiny – is the devil trying to divert you from your path.
That’s why there are excessive outbursts of anger from men and women who behave like men in skirts. It’s the marginal cry that needs to come out hidden and disguised. It can only transit through the dark alleys of your existence and connect with those who also hide.
Do you cry listening to the national anthem? Listening to a reporter speak? Watching a child play with their parents? In unusual situations?
Does your crying come uncontrollably at the most inopportune times?
It happens because you keep a secret. To disguise the wound, you have to swallow yourself. Release the unprocessed excesses in unrelated situations (often shameful) so that no one can trace your pain back to the secret.
The solution to put you off your misery is PRACTICE. Practice crying. Cry non-stop for days on end.
Write, speak, scream, cry, sing, lament. Be a victim while you cry, and let everything that’s imprisoned within you out.
Gradually spirit will have more space to express itself. Your soul will begin to expand. And the space once filled with pain, weight, and negativity will be flooded with peace of mind.
Practice makes perfect. The more you cry, the more open you become.
Until the day you wake up happy and cry without any weight, simply because something is ready to leave and your body is self-regulating and self-cleansing.
