Today’s video will teach you how to release grief & suffering with these 4 easy steps. Check it out!
If you’re gonna suffer, do it right. Do it with style. Lol! Life’s too short to do things halfway.
Here are some hacks to slay it:
- Laugh like a hyena, as loud as you can. Make it your goal to release as much energy as humanly possible.
- Cry your eyes out no matter where you are & let grief pour out. If you’re shy, put some cute sunglasses on.
- Scream your heart out (not at someone else) and shake your body frantically until there’s no energy left.
- Feel sorry for yourself for an entire day. Write down or speak your sorry thoughts.
Really suffer. Put it out there, make it obvious. Don’t hold anything back. Expose your suffering to yourself and watch how it manifests in your body.
If you really go for it with all your willpower and do these 4 exercises intensely, pushing as far as you can, I promise the results will be mind-blowing.
Grieving and suffering come from having to let go of something we are or once were attached to, and surrendering to emptiness and the present moment. Dr. Edith Eger says grieving is feeling and that we grieve because of what didn’t happen even though many times we wish it did. I couldn’t agree more and will add that it’s important to not run over the process in any way.
And if you’re ready to take this to the next level, you have to check our fill-in-the-blank sheet that brings out EXACTLY what you need to heal right now! Not only will you release suffering but you’ll also make legendary moves!
Let me know how it goes!
