Are you holding on to things for way too long?
This happens mostly because:
- There’s fear of change
- There’s fear of leaving the comfort zone
- You have no idea what letting go looks like
Everybody goes through that so don’t be concerned!
There’s a solution though. Many times we have to see things from a different perspective to understand why are we holding on to something, and once we do realize it takes a minute to learn how to do differently, let go, and feed something new. I’ll offer you this new way of looking at it in today’s video:
Remember that holding on to things means deciding to stick with them and not receive something new because what we hold on to is what we choose. So if you keep hanging with the same crowd, doing the same things, and going to the same places, you’re choosing your reality.
Also, remember that your reality today mirrors exactly what your life will be like in 10 years. Many people say: “This is just temporary”. But they get lost in it and end up making it perpetual. Make sure you push the boundaries and when it’s time to go, you really go.
